Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash payments. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only, however not for the final payment. We require a 60% non-refundable deposit on all dresses made at the time of signing the initial contract. This contract includes the designers sketch, client measurements, fabric swatches, and details of trims to be used: all of which the client and designer agree to at signing. The remaining 40% balance is due upon completion of the dress.

Refunds

Because special order gowns are made to individual measurements, we cannot provide refunds. Off-the-rack dresses are eligible for refund only if they are returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Returns must be shipped back in appropriate sized boxes with adequate packing material, and must be sent back within 7 days of the day you received the garment.

Custom Fitted Evening Gowns

All gowns are made to your measurements and fit to your unique body. It is common that a gown may need minor alterations upon completion for an exact fit. These alterations will be an additional charge based on the time involved. We are not responsible for alterations required outside of our shop, or for alterations based on measurements not taken in-store. Fabric swatches can be sent to you at no charge for your accessorizing convenience.

Orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Shipping charges may apply.

Price Range

Our special order evening and bridal gowns generally start at $1200, but usually range between $2500 - $4000, depending on design. We occasionally have off-the-rack samples available at a discounted rate. Party dresses range from $250 -$500 and are made to standard sizes. The cost of our gowns are determined by the cost of all fabrics, notions, trims, designer sketch, and the labor required for the construction of the gown.

Fittings

When you come in to be fit for a custom evening gown, please bring the specific shoes and undergarments that you plan to wear with your gown to ensure proper fit.
